The information we collect
When you use our booking form or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number and email address, your property address and postcode, and the driveway service you are interested in with any details you share. When you book a site visit, we also record the date and time. We also collect limited technical information automatically through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your information, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a site visit and quote. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to potential customers.
- To carry out driveway work and manage the job. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as for tax. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
- To run and improve our website. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.
We do not use your information for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Google (Google Calendar and Google Workspace) to manage bookings and email; Wix and Cloudflare for hosting and delivering the website; and Zoho for email. They only process your data on our instructions. We may also share information where required by law. Where data is transferred outside the UK it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Where you become a customer, we keep records for up to six years to meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
